For session three, we looked at Risk Management with Dr Shaun Lundy from Tetra Consulting. Dr Lundy discusses why Risk Management is important, examples of poor risk management, and guidance for future projects.

About the speaker

Dr Shaun Lundy - Tetra Consulting

Shaun is a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner and Chartered Building Engineer, with over 25 years of experience in health, safety and fire risk management. In addition to his appointment as Director of Strategy and Innovation at Tetra, Shaun is also a visiting academic at the University of Greenwich. 

Shaun is actively working with the Property Institute as a member of the Health and Safety Expert Working Group. 

Shaun’s research interests include ethics, leadership, education and competence in health, safety and fire practice within the built environment.
