The Association for Project Safety works with colleagues across the construction sector to shape and share good practice and policy. APS is a very active member of the leading pan-industry Construction Industry Council [CIC] serving on many of its committees and groups. The association is the UK representative on the International Safety and Health Construction Coordinator Organization [ISHCCO].

APS is represented on the HSE’s high-level Construction Industry Advisory Network [CONIAN] and Asbestos Liaison Group and is a member of the Construction Industry Coronavirus Forum [CICV]. The association is a member of both Construction Logistics and Community Safety [CLOCS] and the Temporary Works Forum [TWF] also working closely with other professional bodies right across the construction sector. APS is committed to reducing health and safety assessment costs and red tape in the supply chain and, as such, is subject to external quality assurance and annual audit by Safety Schemes in Procurement [SSIP].
