The Association for Project Safety Limited (APS) is a membership organisation run by, and for the benefit of, its members. The legal entity which allows this to happen is the Association for Project Safety Limited – a private company limited by guarantee. The company is registered in Scotland. Members are invited to attend the annual general meeting which is held on the first Wednesday of every year.
