Jason Carlton - The Ladders Association

Jason is the Head of Strategic Engagement for the Ladder Association and PASMA, leading the Association’s on engagement with government, regulators and key stakeholders.
With over 30 years in the access sector working for SMEs and multi-national companies, Jason joined the Ladder Association and PASMA in 2016 from the well-known access equipment manufacturer the Youngman Group where he was previously the Commercial and Product Manager.
