The Principal Designer - A CDM-BSA Perspective
Presented by Paul Bussey - Thursday 2 March 2023
About the Event
To orchestrate and facilitate the seamless integration of CDM & Building Regs into projects, it is essential to create one organisational PD role and suitably capable individuals and team “assistance”.
The need to analyse and then demonstrate this regulatory compliance requires a Golden Thread of CDM & BSA information facilitated by the Principal Designer with the help of the entire project team.
