The presentation will showcase work on one of the HSE's data science orientated research programmes, called Discovering Safety, which is researching how advances in data and analytic techniques can be leveraged to enable the construction industry to achieve improved health and safety outcomes on construction projects. A key part of this work is exploring the potential to create digital knowledge-based tools to help clients, designers and contractors working on projects meet their legal duties under the UK Construction Design and Management Regulations.
