Stress
Delivered by Sue Farmer - Thursday 20 October 2022
About the Event
When we think about ‘hidden hazards’, this language almost leads us to look for hazards that may be out of sight.
In this webinar we will explore the number one human hazard which is there for all to see and yet which we all too often overlook – stress! And in addition to all our normal ‘busyness’, we are now being forced to focus on sustainability but human stress impacts the very essence of our existence and therefore human sustainability…perhaps this is more critical than we currently understand.
During the session we will explore how stress causes miscommunication, impacts our thinking habits not to mention damaging our health; we will experiment with our senses both stressed and unstressed and learn just how we can help ourselves and others.
So if you want to improve your health and safety levels and you have any compassion for the world around you, join this webinar and learn how to make a difference!
