This webinar will explore two complementary consultation documents developed by the Industry Competence Committee (ICC) and the Industry Task and Finish Group (ITFG) on the management of competence in organisations. Together, these documents aim to support the built environment sector in developing effective competence management processes.

The ICC principles document sets out what is expected of organisations at a high level, while the ITFG document builds on these principles, offering practical guidance on how to establish the necessary policies, procedures, and processes to meet them. During the session, representatives from both groups will present the documents, outline the key areas where feedback is being sought, and invite attendees to engage in discussion with the experts.
