Life after Lockdown – HR issues on getting back to work 

TLT will discuss the employment law aspects of returning to work including the whistleblowing rights that workers and employees have around health and safety and how employers need to be mindful of those obligations and risks. We will touch upon updates to the job retention scheme and then look more widely at health and safety best practice to avoid liability under the existing legislative framework. TLT will also briefly discuss the data protection aspects of retaining employee health data and the sharing of sensitive medical information between colleagues.
