About the webinar

Following on from an article in the Winter 2021 Project Safety Matters, this webinar explores how Principal Designers can use the principles of transformational leadership, and an understanding of human needs and motivation, to get the very best from the teams that they are working with. It will explain how and why this can lead to outcomes such as greater collaboration, improved problem-solving, improved hazard awareness and better wellbeing.

Dr Nick Bell 

Dr Nick Bell is a Chartered Psychologist, a Certified member of the APS, a Chartered Fellow of IOSH and Honorary Principal Lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University. His articles on various aspects of leadership, wellbeing and construction health and safety have been published widely and the subject of his talks at international conferences.
