Building Mental Health 

This webinar, led by Kevin Fear the H&S Policy Lead for CITB, will look at the evidence for the extent of poor mental health in the construction industry in normal times. The work of Building Mental Health will be highlighted. He will also discuss the possible impact of additional stressors caused as a result of the measures being taken to combat the spread of the Coronavirus. Finally, he will share some advice, taken from Mind and the City Health Alliance, for how we can best look after ourselves in these challenging times.
