About our speaker

Raymond Bone, the managing director of ABBEY Construction Consultants, leads a team of safety professionals within the Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) department. Ray is responsible for advising clients on safety, health and environment management including CDM.

Ray is a practicing principal designer and has been involved in the construction industry for over 29 years. He has been the lead officer for multi-million-pound projects and is currently responsible for advising clients on safety, health and environment management including CDM.

Ray is president elect of the Association for Project Safety (APS) and sits on the Board. He is also chair of the IOSH Humber Branch and a member of IOSH Council.
