Getting contracts right at the start will have a positive impact on how projects run. This event will look at contracts when bids are being put together and how this translates into project delivery.
Mark Robinson of Trowers & Hamlins in Birmingham will take attendees through the way contracts should be positioned at the start of the procurement stage and how to deal with them at bid and post -ward stage. The session about contracts will be of interest to everyone working in construction but, particularly, designers, project managers and risk managers.
