Tracy Lovejoy, Associate Lawyer at Lanyon Bowdler Law, will look at planning applications and the process.

About the speaker

Tracy Lovejoy has just under 20 years’ experience in planning law. Tracy has worked in local government and private practice where she also specialised in compulsory purchase and highways. Her experience includes negotiating infrastructure agreements, providing planning title reports, applying for, and defending High Court challenges, and acting and advising during planning appeals as well as advising on planning matters.

Tracy recently headed up the property team Bromsgrove and Redditch councils' shared legal services. She also oversaw footpath applications and has extensive experience in enforcement, lawful development certificates and development control matters including development within the Green Belt, agricultural, recreational, and equestrian development. In 2020 she took over from David Brammer as Head of Planning at Lanyon Bowdler. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys singing and writing.
