APS Annual General Meeting 2024

The APS Annual General Meeting, chaired by APS Independent Chair Sam Allwinkle, will take place on Wednesday 2 October 2024 on Zoom.

All registered members of the association are welcome to join the meeting, however you must register to attend in advance. As this is a member only event all registrations will be checked before you join the meeting. Please register with the same name that appears on your zoom profile to avoid not being accepted to the meeting.

Registration to attend the AGM will close at 17:00 hours on Monday 30 September 2024. You will not be able to register after that time.

On the day:

  • The waiting room will open at 8:00am and the AGM will commence at 8:30am sharp. 

  • Please note that you must be joined into the meeting at 8:30am to take part.
    You will not be able to gain entry to the meeting after 8:30am.

  • If you are still in the queue to join at 8:30am you will not be given access so please make sure you join the waiting room in plenty of time.
