Design Risk Management (DRM): A solution to an old problem 

This talk provides a summary background to this dilemma, but then concentrates on an approach which is methodical, provides clarity, and, importantly, adds value. 

I will finish by explaining how the root cause lessons from the Grenfell Tower tragedy apply to all designers, no matter what the structure, and how they should feature as part of DRM.
