Digitising Health and Safety During The Operational Stage 

Colin Hastie ‘Bruach Design’ will present the last of our three part series on digital tools and processes for better design risk management we focus on the operational phase of buildings, how clients can use their handover information to better understand and operate their buildings safely, and plan future works with a better understanding of residual risks and operating methods.  We will look at technology being built into buildings to help predict trigger events and highlight risks to building operators ahead of failures, and consider at what the future of asset management might look like.
