This session will cover the significant changes that will come with the secondary legislation that will follow the Building Safety Act.

This includes changes in relation to Building Regulation compliance that affect all designers and contractors and requirements to evidence compliance on building works.

Mark will also highlight the Golden Thread both during construction and during occupation of higher-risk buildings.
