From Grenfell to Government buildings, lead is the most widespread environmental toxin, outdoors and indoors. Refurbishment, Demolition, Asbestos, Mould, Redecorating and Retrofit activities are almost all guaranteed to include a significant lead exposure risk. Lead is more the rule than the exception. If the ethical principle of doing no harm is key to competent performance, how can a 'COSHHplus+' approach address the viability gap?
