CDM1994 brought the idea of prevention though design in the UK construction industry to the fore. In his webinar Philip will explore what this means for designers and the positive impacts that this could make to construction worker, health and safety.
Philip will look at sources of information that could help designers focus their efforts when considering their obligations to eliminate, reduce and inform. Philip will also explore the nature of the industry which should also inform designers on what information to provide i.e. what is ‘significant’ residual risk.
