This webinar is presented by Tony Vozniak, 'What's this culture thing all about?'.  A beginners guide to behavioural safety and cultural change.

A presentation on ‘safety culture’; outlining some of the terms and cultural change aspects that you may come across, such as branding, cultural models, safety performance, behavioural based safety and safety differently. 

There is often much debate in this area within safety professionals; this talk will not be biased to one school of thought or the other, but aim to educate the user to understand some of the common terminology, and give some examples of usage where appropriate.

Tony has worked with many large international construction companies, and been involved in the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of behavioural based safety.
