About the Event 

‘Construct-Ability’ is the Ability Network for the Construction, Housing and Engineering Sectors. 

Our Mission Statement is to be a network for people of ALL abilities, to normalise the conversation , raising awareness on the positive contribution of people with disabilities to the workplace in our industry.

To change the culture of inclusion to be one that caters for everyone, to provide confidential peer support to colleagues and allies in a safe space, and to educate the industry on the positive benefit of employment of talented workers with disabilities.
