The Environment Agency [EA] is leading the way in England with its commitment to have, and fund, 3rd party Ecological Clerks of Works [ECoW] on all major - and complex, sensitive, smaller - projects. 

The APS webinar sets out to explain what delivering ECoW services [under the Client Support Framework] means and the work involved, the types of project covered and what ECoWs look out for.

About the speaker - Dave Sargent

Dave Sargent is principal environmental consultant with JBA consulting. 

Dave has spent most of his environmental career working on, or associated with, large scale infrastructure construction projects. 

He has worked on behalf of client, contractor and consultant organisations. 

His experience has largely been gained on the environmental management of cross country pipelines, water treatment works, pumping stations and flood defence assets.
