Mark Snelling will be providing an update to his earlier webinar now that the Fire Safety Bill has had Royal Assent and come into law. 

Mark will set out the details of the new legislations and the next steps that are being taken to update the regulations in line with the new law. 

He will also put the legislation in context guiding you through the web of interlinking legislation and moves in the Westminster parliament – as announced in the Queen’s Speech - finally to introduce the Building Safety Bill.

About our speaker:

Mark Snelling is the Managing Director of Safetymark Consultancy Services, a health, safety and fire consultancy.

Mark has been involved in the Hackitt Review, as adviser to The Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and also contributed to an industry working group set up to identify the way forward. 

As well as his work with ARMA, he is also a CDM adviser on major projects for a number of Build UK contractors.
