Nattasha Freeman, Director at Turner & Townsend and APS Director will provide an update on the implications of the Building Safety Bill recommendations. Nattasha will also discuss the developments around the definition of competency which the HSE and others will be scoping in consideration of “skills training experience and behaviours”

Information about the speaker

Nattasha’ presentation is based on the likely impact of the Building Safety Bill on property and project management, following proposed implementation of the Hackitt Report recommendations. She will touch both on new Dutyholder roles and how the CDM Regulations are likely to change to support the Gateway 1,2 &3 processes and the HSE’s intention to focus on a change of culture in the industry with regards to behaviours and competence.
