As the enquiry into the Grenfell disaster continues, the promised legislation to prevent a repeat is working its way through Parliament. 

However, this legislation is not in the form of one single piece of legislation, but a variety of Acts, Regulations and Guidance.

Mark will try to navigate you through this web of interlinking legislation and identify the pitfalls and traps you should be aware of.

Presented by Mark Snelling is the Managing Director of Safetymark Consultancy Services, a health, safety and fire consultancy. Mark has been involved in the Hackitt Review, as adviser to The Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and also contributed to an industry working group set up to identify the way forward. As well as his work with ARMA, he is also a CDM adviser on major projects for a number of Build UK contractors.
