Speaker
Mike Herbert has been employed as Health and Safety Assurance Manager by Jacobs UK Ltd. responsible for maintaining systems, undertaking safety inspections, project and supplier audit, and H&S training courses to both staff and clients together with providing safety advice to projects.
Most recently Mike’s project work has included the role of Major Accident & Disaster Topic Lead on HS2, Phase 2b for the project’s Environmental Impact Assessment.
Mike's background includes rail operations, H&S management and advice, predominantly in the rail industry.
