Whistleblowing is the action someone takes to report wrongdoing at work that affects others.
This session will take a deep dive into the subject and cover the following points:

- Key legislation relating to the management of whistleblowers
- What is and isn’t a whistleblowing report
- The structure, processes and functions of whistleblowing disclosures
- Examples from several different sized organisations
The session will end with the opportunity for you to ask questions.
