The focus of this year’s conference will be Challenges and Opportunities facing the industry today.

The event, taking place online once again will be split into two sections; the morning session will cover challenges and the afternoon session will look at opportunities. You can book to attend either session or both, whichever fits best with your schedule.

Morning Session – Challenges

Challenges come in all shapes and sizes across the construction industry. The main challenges the association are hearing from members are, recruitment, mental health, competence, legislation and regulations.

The morning session welcomes industry experts to highlight and discuss these challenges and what they mean for the industry.

Afternoon session - Opportunities

As an industry we must keep moving forward, and what better way to do that – than to take advantage of all the opportunities that lie ahead. Sustainable working practices will need to be the norm, as demonstrated by largescale projects – who will give us an in-depth look at being sustainable on a grand scale. The use of Artificial Intelligence is also on the increase, this session looks at ways it can be used to increase safety in the industry.

The afternoon session will be a mix of case studies, breakout sessions and a panel discussion to round off the day.
