Higher Risk Buildings in Scotland - Compliance Plan Early Adopters Scheme

APS Members carrying out work to High Risk Buildings as defined in Scotland should note that Building Standards Division (BSD) have launched a Compliance Plan Early Adopters Scheme (EAS) to test and develop the compliance Plan approach. The fully developed approach is expected to be in place by 2025/2026.

BSD are also looking into possible accreditation schemes for the Compliance Plan Manager role.
