This one-day, hands-on course has been specifically designed for clients and their in-house advisors.  

The course covers the client’s management arrangements (and the client brief), pre-construction information, appointments, notification, the health and safety file and so on.  The material also covers the factors to consider when selecting and working with a Principal Designer.

Using case studies, discussions and workshops, delegates will examine the client’s duties, and how to discharge them in a proportionate and pragmatic manner, in the pre-construction and construction phases.

Membership Points

An individual who successfully completes the accredited course in CDM2015 for Clients may claim points towards membership of APS. A copy of the certificate must be included with an application.
