Last chance: Conference tickets £100 off full price

29/06/2018 - 11:16AM

I’ve said it before – so I’ll say it again.

Our annual conference is on at the Stoller Hall in Manchester on 12 September and we are hoping for a good turn out. This is the last day you can get a hold of our specially reduced price seats (for midsummer) before our flash sale ends  tonight, (Friday 29 June), at midnight. Early bookers get £100 off the full ticket price.

This year our conference will focus on the many and varied challenges facing the health and safety risk management community in relation to infrastructure projects. And we are going to try to consider as broad a field as possible. There is the horror and shame of Grenfell and how the whole building industry – from planning and finance to maintenance and repair – is better managed in the future. And I am sure everyone is aware of the much publicised difficulties major businesses – such as Carillion and Capita – have faced, after all the knock on through the construction sector is still working its way through. There are issues around Brexit and both a looming manpower and skills gap that will need to be filled. And we are also aiming to hear from experts engaged in the delivery of many of the major national build and refurbishment projects which are in the pipeline or underway.

We have many confirmed speakers already including:

  • Sonya Butler, HSE
  • David Taylor, CABE
  • Shelagh Grant, Housing Forum
  • Philip Isgar, Sunbeam Management Solutions,

And more to come. So, don’t miss out!
