Principal Designer/CDM Consultant/Adviser

The company:

NWD Architects is a Cheshire based multi-discipline RIBA architectural practice with over thirty years experience delivering high quality design solutions for building projects all over the UK.

Our team includes RIBA architect, architectural technicians and designers. We provide a comprehensive design service covering all stages of a construction project from feasibility inception to completion, from planning applications to Building Regulations applications and approvals. Our range of work includes everything from the smallest home extensions to larger commercial schemes.

We have a high degree of technical expertise, both with traditional construction techniques and modern building methods and materials. We care deeply about context, detail, craftsmanship and sustainability and believe that successful solutions can only be achieved when these elements have been fully considered and integrated. Sustainable design is an exciting process and time must be taken at the earliest stages to explore as many alternatives as possible in order to ensure that the best design solution is attained.

From the starting point of any new project it is only by working closely with and listening to our clients that we can fully understand their requirements and aspirations.

We believe that attention to detail in all that we do is the key to success.
