Client panel vacancy (APS members only)
Building stronger links with business is key to the future success of the Association for Project Safety and will help strengthen our membership, bringing in fresh ideas and thinking. The Association is looking for members of the organisation to serve on a new client panel aimed at bringing the corporate perspective into greater focus, helping APS attract new business members and ensuring the Association tackles key client concerns.
The new group will address the concerns and needs of business members and the particular concerns clients have in discharging their legal and regulatory obligations and is seen as vital to the future of the Association. The group will work with Council, directors and headquarters, to help develop the corporate membership of the Association and to develop products and services to meet the needs of corporate members and clients. The group will report back to the membership through the Council.
APS is looking for members committed to the future of the organisation and who can bring the client perspective to the forefront. Anyone who works within a major practice, leading business, local authority or government agency is likely to have the experience we are after. The commitment is voluntary and unremunerated but not likely to be time-consuming. Membership on the group will be for two years with the possibility that this can be extended for a further term. The group reports to the Board and is chaired by James Addley.
If you are interested please email firstname.lastname@example.org by noon Friday 28 July 2017 setting out why you would like to help and the skills you can bring to the group.
