Waterman Group are a multi-disciplinary consultancy operating in the property, infrastructure, environment and energy markets. The Health and Safety Team are looking to expand the team. We have a number of long-standing clients and repeat business, we also support our in-house designers with their CDM duties and as Discipline led PD’s.
We are looking for people who are excellent team players, can carry out site construction inspections and are comfortable in client meetings and at design risk workshops. You will have a mentor who you can shadow and who you will be supporting and learning from. Candidates must have construction experience, ideally a minimum of 3 years. Ex-CDM-Coordinators are welcome, design understanding and experience is required, however you do not need to be a designer yourself. You will work as part of a close-knit team of consultants on several of their projects delivering advice and guidance, but with support and technical leadership from a Senior member of the team.
You will ideally be a member of the Association for Project Safety and hold a minimum of NEBOSH Construction Certificate. Any fire experience would be advantageous.
